When you register for our classes, make purchases from us, subscribe to our newsletters, inspector help service, join our Network or AEBC or utilize our forums, fill out a survey, or request information from The ASHI School, we will use our registrationscreens and online forms to collect personally identifying information such as your name, address, e-mail address, and credit card information("personal data"). We may also collect some or all of this personal data from you through our print forms. In addition, if you send us an e-mail orcommunicate with us offline, we may collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide us at that time.

We may use your personal data in the following ways:for the purpose for which you specifically provided the personal data, for example, to attendone of our classes, or to deliver the results of class exams and assignments, or to respond to a specific inquiry; to send surveys orquestionnaires so that we can learn more about our customers' needs and interests; to provide you with information via email about new products orservices that we think might interest you.

Anonymous Information. You can visit most pages on the The ASHI School sites without giving us any personal data. Some pages may require input of some personaldata in order to receive discount codes. Your Specific California Privacy Rights

Beginning on January 1, 2005, California's "Shine the Light" law provides California residents with the right to receive disclosures about anysharing of their personal information with other companies. If you are a California resident and you provided your personalinformation to The ASHI School once each calendar year you may submit a written request for information about the information we shared,if any, with other companies for their use in direct marketing. To submit your written request, please send an E-mail to jack@theashischool.com with "Request for California Privacy" in the subject line. Please be sure to include your California mailingaddress.

Within 30 days of receiving your request, we will send you a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties forthird-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties.

We reserve our right not to respond to requests sent more than once in a calendar year, or requests submitted to any address other than the oneposted in this notice.
