Virtual Inspector Foundations Class
80 HOURS - $1895
The 80-hour virtual, intensive course provides the necessary content for home inspection education from the foundation to the roof and everything in between. This class allows you to learn from the comfort of your own home, with a live instructor. You will have opportunities to interact with the instructor and other students while you cover the essential home inspection content in a virtual classroom.
Classes are taught by ASHI Certified Inspectors, and teach to the gold standards of home inspection, the ASHI SoP. Learn from professional home inspector instructors who have earned their third party verified certification and have several years of teaching experience.
Illinois Virtual Inspector Foundations Class
80 HOURS + 5 Field Events - $2595

You will have opportunities to interact with the instructor and other students while you cover the essential home inspection content in a virtual classroom.
